Welcome to the MOMS Club© of Palm Springs and Cathedral City Website!
MOMS Club © is an acronym for the slogan “Moms Offering Moms Support.” We are one of the more than 2000 national MOMS Club chapters and are a support group for mothers who stay at home to raise their children.
The MOMS Club ©, a nonprofit organization, engages in activities to enrich the lives of children in the community, provides a forum for topics pertinent to children, child raising, homemaking, personal improvement and the family. Members meet at each other's homes, parks, playgroups, hiking trails, malls, coffee shops, museums, and other fun spots to catch up with other members - there is always something to learn about our desert community. Come to a meeting to help plan and participate in these events. Contact us to receive the meeting info. Do note that for the safety of the children, we do not publish meeting locations.
Each year, our members complete at least one charitable, humanitarian or social welfare project related to children. Our first 2007-2008 Service Project is . . .
To brighten the smile of a tiny baby girl from Palm Desert, California, our members are asked to have their children draw and/or paint pictures for Natalie and her brother Carson. Natalie is undergoing cancer treatment at St. Jude Memorial Hospital starting mid-June 2007. Natalie's mom is a member of the Palm Desert chapter.
